At Dixon & Franks we are confident that you will not be able to find any of our hundreds of branded products cheaper online; if you do we will always endeavour to match that price.
To ensure that our price matching policy is consistent and fair we have developed a number of terms and conditions outlined below.
- The item in question must be in stock and available to buy
- We will only match the price visible online not including an additional discounts / offer
- The item must be identical to the one available from Dixon & Franks
- We will only price match against UK registered companies
- A price match will not be offered against auction websites
- We will not offer a price match after the point of sale
- All price matches will be subject to any delivery or other charges outlined on the competitors website
- We will only price match against a website that offers comparable service conditions
- Associates of Dixon & Franks are exempt from our price match policy
- Although price matches are available we reserve the right not to alter our listed price
